Marc R. Christensen

Marc Christensen (b. 1993) born in the suburbs of Los Angeles and raised in the farmlands of Southeast Idaho, has known significant change throughout his life. The absolute shift in language, culture, faith, and family has made him question life's meaning and invigorated him to explore the human psyche through art, sculpture, and image-making—specifically, how individuals live and view themselves. He’s found himself and his art by spending the last five years in his current version of paradise—Fire Island Pines. By alleviating societal pressures and norms, he has found his most authentic, queer self. Namely, the ability to discard worldly noise and create meaningful work.
