Louis Venturelli

Louis Venturelli (b. 1989) is an American abstract artist living and working in New York City. His current series of paintings reflect on his experiences viewing art in cultural institutions and museums worldwide. Venturelli documents his interactions between the visual elements, perceptions, and emotions. These observations are distilled as he extracts the essence of each encounter through color and composition. His minimal abstract paintings highlight the relationship between objects of expression and the significance the human experience imbues on one’s impression. Born and raised in New York City, Venturelli first made his way to the Pines in 2019.
